Payments will be accepted at the Auction Pick Up Site or Theurer Auction/Realty, 1101 E 16th Street, Wellington, Kansas.
Pick-up/Removal: Tuesday, January 21, and Wednesday, January 22, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please note that the larger items (shelving, lots identified as "Heavy," or some of the machinery) CANNOT be removed on the first day. Buyers needing a forklift need to contact Cammy ([email protected]) immediately upon the conclusion of the Auction. The forklift will only be available on a limited date/time. Shelving CANNOT be removed until Thursday, January 23, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

If purchases are not settled within three business days of the close of the auction, it is in default. Upon default the bidder will be black listed on Theurer Auction/Realty, LLC, auctions as well as MarkNet auctions and will be charged for the merchandise. Defaulted items will be forfeited back to the owner or Theurer Auction/Realty, LLC
No refunds will be given.

A 3.5% credit card fee will be charged on your transaction for credit card payment. Another form of payment must be used for payment over $1,500. All accounts must be paid for within four days of the auction ending (and before items are released) unless special terms are posted on a specific auction.
There will be a 15% buyer’s premium added to final bid price.
BIDDING INFO: When you bid your max, the current bid price doesn't automatically go to your max bid. Someone else has to bid to increase the current price, and the computer will automatically bid up to your max in the increments specified.
This auction has an auto-extend feature, meaning it will not close until all bidding parties are satisfied. Items will close 10 lots every two minutes. If any bids are placed within the last two minutes of the auction, the bid on the lot(s) will extend for two minutes. Bidding will continue in two-minute increments from the time the last bid is placed until there are no more bids, and the lot will sit idle for two minutes.

5. I, the buyer, hereby agree to not challenge or deny payment to the auction company for purchases made with the credit card that I have placed on file with the auction company.
