Will, a third generation auctioneer, has been actively involved in the family business since the mid 1990’s. Since that time, Will gained the knowledge to be considered a seasoned professional within the auction industry. With his involvement in bringing internet auctions to Iron Horse, he has been able to establish Iron Horse Auction Co. with a leading internet presence in offering small and large assets to an internationally diverse bidder pool.

Will has also been retained by many of the national, regional and local financial institutions for his valuation and liquidation experience and has been invited to speak at several of their trade association meetings.

Chris Crawford is a North Carolina licensed Auctioneer and Real Estate Broker. Chris specializes in multiple parcel internet and live auctions of land and real estate, as well as high end estates. Chris has 15 years experience in print media marketing, online marketing, and e-commerce. Chris is a graduate of Appalachian State University in Boone, NC and attended the Reppert School of Auctioneering in Indianapolis, IN. He is from Burke County, NC and lives with his wife Mindy in Cary, NC.

Walter S. Edwards

Auctioneer

Walter has more than 25 years with Iron Horse Auction Company and is responsible for coordinating all field operations. Walter’s multidisciplinary background allows him to expertly manage all aspects of our field logistics. The duties of his team include preparing and displaying our client’s property in a manner that will insure the highest possible sale price. The planning and operations capabilities of our team range from heavy grading and cosmetic landscaping, to cleaning and repairing of industrial equipment and personal property.

Jonathon A. McBeth

Manager, Forestry Marketing and Management

Jon has over 25 years experience in industrial forestry, timber sales and forest management. He also manages the GIS and mapping department, ensuring property is subdivided according to local ordinances and utilizing the most profitable configuration for use in either auction or private listing.
